La actividad se desarroll\u00f3 en la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de CONADI y representa un avance significativo en un proceso esperado por m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la instancia participaron el director nacional de CONADI, \u00c1lvaro Morales Marileo, junto al Lonko Benito Pichilonko y representantes de la comunidad. Entre los antecedentes que respaldan esta restituci\u00f3n territorial, se acredit\u00f3 el T\u00edtulo de Merced N\u00b0 1056, correspondiente a 2.800 hect\u00e1reas, otorgado en el a\u00f1o 1906 al lonko Paulino Guaiquill\u00e1n en el sector Pacunto\u2013Pedregoso, documento clave en el proceso de reconocimiento de derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la ceremonia, el alcalde Eduardo Y\u00e1\u00f1ez valor\u00f3 el trabajo sostenido de los dirigentes de la comunidad y destac\u00f3 la relevancia hist\u00f3rica de este paso, se\u00f1alando que se trata de una demanda presentada hace 21 a\u00f1os al amparo del art\u00edculo 20 letra B de la Ley Ind\u00edgena N\u00b0 19.253, que hoy comienza a materializarse como un acto concreto de reconocimiento territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal encabezada por el Alcalde Eduardo Y\u00e1\u00f1ez valoramos profundamente este avance como un paso relevante en materia de justicia territorial y fortalecimiento de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas de Lonquimay, reafirmando el compromiso de seguir acompa\u00f1ando y apoyando gestiones que promuevan el reconocimiento, la dignidad y el desarrollo con identidad de los pueblos originarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
