En el marco del Cambio de Mando de la Unidad del Ej\u00e9rcito de Lonquimay, el Comandante en Jefe de la III Divisi\u00f3n de Monta\u00f1a, General Ernesto Tejos, visit\u00f3 las dependencias de la Municipalidad para entregar un saludo protocolar al reci\u00e9n asumido Alcalde Nibaldo Alegr\u00eda. En la ocasi\u00f3n fue acompa\u00f1ado por el Comandante del Destacamento N\u00ba 8 Tucapel, Teniente Coronel Francisco Madrid y el nuevo Comandante de la Unidad local Capit\u00e1n, Francisco Lara. En un breve pero cordial di\u00e1logo, entreg\u00f3 sus saludos y manifest\u00f3 la intenci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n militar de retomar la alianza estrat\u00e9gica con el Municipio se\u00f1alando que se busca \u201crestablecer este v\u00ednculo que ha sido hist\u00f3rico y que promueve instancias de desarrollo complementario que finalmente van en beneficio de la sociedad local\u201d, as\u00ed mismo reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de apoyo a las actividades que requieran de la participaci\u00f3n de esta Unidad Militar, como por ejemplo actividades de monta\u00f1a, apoyo de la Banda Instrumental, etc.
\nPor su parte el Alcalde Nibaldo Alegr\u00eda agradeci\u00f3 el saludo y se mostr\u00f3 muy complacido con lo expresado por el General Tejos manifestando su concordancia y \u201ccompromiso para iniciar un nuevo per\u00edodo de mutuo apoyo que vaya finalmente en beneficio de nuestros habitantes\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n
